I spend every waking hour with my husband, help?

We ride to work together, we eat lunch together, we go home together, I am not allowed to see my friends, spend time with my mom, even go get my nails done on Saturday without a fight, he must go along. I love him dearly, but he is smothering me severly. HELP!!!!!
