I just had my first child three months ago. I think i am pregnant again :O?

I recently had my first child three months ago. I have been on the mini-pill due to feeding for about a month now. I have began to notice that i have started to have the frequent pee sessions...you know, the ones when you're preggo and you HAVE TO GO NOW and when you run to the restroom...it's just a tinkle...yeah those about 5 times a day....my weird cravings are startin again...im super hot ALL the time again...and i'm EXHAUSTED lately!! I'm not sure what to do or how to be sure. I want to find out asap and need to know if anyone knows any ways to tell...symptoms and such...thanks
