So I have this cactus?

I have a Haworthia arachnoidea and it's wilting...A LOT. I pull up my blinds and leave it by my windows everyday. my windows face east and south, so it gets exposure for most of the day. I water it dutifully (when the soil gets dry, I know). I've only had this catus since new year's eve. It's a succulent plant and it's lost all it's gel-like filling in it's leaves. The tips are turning brown and the plant itself is limp. What can I do to revive my poor plant? any good advice that I hadn't already done would be extremely grateful (that means no "water it" or "put it in the sun" answers, sorry).
