Fireman Print? Has anyone ever seen this one?

I once saw a vintage print that depicted the evolution of a fireman through his career from recuit to fire chief. The picure was done back in the late 1800s or early 1900s. It showed a small, feeble recuit, a large athletic fireman, an older, smarter liuetetant, a slightly overweight capitan and finally the very old but wise, fire chief. I'm pretty sure Currier and Ives did not make this one. I have searched high an low but no success. I need to know the title and if possible were I can buy a copy of this print. Please help!! Thank you guys.
