Home remedies or suggestions for cactus poisoning?

I got my knuckle stuck with a yucca on Sunday morning. My hand is so swollen and painful and I have been unable to work all week. I've seen three doctors, had a tetnus shot and an antibiotic shot. Also taking RX painkillers and antibiotics. No improvement for 5 days now, really desparate for some relief. Any suggestions would be appreciated.
