median voter theory states that 2 party systems will naturally converge to the middle but come on! this is insane. other than their platforms on iraq, they hardly differ. abortion, education, gay marriage. with biden and that alaskan ***** as vp's, they're basically on equal ground. does anybody stand for anything anymore?
