I'm moving into a small apartment with my boyfriend, and since my bf works long hours i wanted to get a pet.

I don't want a huge responsibilty like a dog because i go to school and work as well. I want something furry and soft. What are the best pets? Ferrets, bunnies, sugar gliders, hamsters?
