Good enough exercise to be y?

My girlfriend has been pestering me lately about working out. I am already pretty muscular since I have been doing some heavy weights. However, during my weight lifting, I did not do cardio, and also hurt my wrists. Lately I have taken to running about 2-3 miles a day plus some sprinting, and doing body weight exercises like push ups, pull ups, lots of sit ups, and bench presses.. My question basically is, will this be enough to get ripped and y for her. This does not necessarily mean bigger than I am, but cut.
