Need Transportation Planning Help For a Florida Trip?

My sister and I are planning a trip from West Palm Beach FL to Tampa FL and Tallahee FL. We really don't want to drive the entire way though. Does anyone know about various transportation options bus train etc. (plane might cost too much). Im looking for the most cost effective options. I was thinking drive to tampa then bus/train to tally. I'm not sure though. Help please and thank you.
