Need some advice on weigh loss and stuff...?

OK so seriously.....no acai berry and no green tea!! really just watch your food proportions! and try to eat more salad and veggies, if your hungry try carrots for a snack! When walking try to make sure that you are sweating and that you are a little out of breath, that is to ensure that your heart rate is elevated enough to burn fat. I hope this helps! don do those "This can help you lose weight!" They do not work and you will only put it back just as fast. Oh as stay away from the junk it does not help. And seriously you really do not need to lose weight just do some exercises that work your legs and thighs and bum...you will be fine! :-)
