I love homemade soups, I could eat them everyday. Do you have a great soup recipe you'd like to share with me?

I make the best Chicken soup on the planet (according to my husband, LOL) so I'm not looking for that. Something unique and different. For example, I make a Mexican Meatball Soup and a Yellow Pepper, Tomato and Couscous Soup. I'm looking to try something out of the ordinary.
