Muslims, is it just me, or has Islam become unnecessarilly conservative as result of convenience of city life?

I personally don't think so. I think it is important for the believing women and girls to cover their entire body(I.e their face, hair and entire body). I personally will cover my entire body once I am able to get money. I wear the hijab right now but don't like people looking at my face and body even though I wear sweatshirts and loose pants that don't show my figure. I will also make my daughters cover their hair and body starting at age 2 years old and they will cover their faces at age 9.
