Flourless Cake in Water @ High Altitude - Bottom Didn't Bake?

Lol the altitude should have nothing to do with it and the sringform tray only mskes it easier to rake finished cake out, did you put mixture into a preheated pan and remember hot water not cold or it won't work common mistake other than that im stumped gl anyway
