Christmas gift ideas for boyfriend of 3 years?

My boyfriend and I have been together for 3 years. It just so happens that Christmas is also our anniversary. He is the kind of guy that just goes out and buys something when he needs it. I need a good, creative gift idea. Not the general, typical gifts. He owns his own business and then also manages a terrain park crew at a ski resort if that helps at all. He already has all of the ski clothes he needs though! Thanks in advance!
