Any canon rebel flashes that allow for external flash connections?

I have a tripod umbrella flash that I use to be able to plug into the side of my fuji S9000 camera, and now I have a T1i and cannot do the same. Is there any flashes that have a simple outlet to plug in an external flash to work in unison?
