How tough is iceman compared to other heroes?

I've been reading about iceman in the comics, but I never really got a perspective on how tough he really is compared to other superheroes. All I know is that he's an omega mutant or something. So really what I'm asking is, compared to other superheroes, how does Iceman hold up?
