Can you help me report someone who has logged into my facebook account?

When I logged in to my facebook account on Sat. July 2 or Sun. July 3, 2011. I was notified by FB that my account had been accessed at 4:05am. It was from the St. Louis Mo. area. I tried to report this immediately however, it was difficult for me to find where to do it. I know this person. He lives in Bon Terre, Mo. His name is Butch Mitchell. He is my brother and has been harring me for sometime. I was told that a person who does this on FB will be unable to use their own account for a period of time, or completely resticted from their account perminately. I immediately changed my pword as instructed by FB. I want to thank you for keeping a watch for this kind of thing. Will I be contacted when FB takes the appropriate steps towards this person? Isn't this considered Hacking? Again, FB thank you so much for the security measures that you enforce. Debra Dozier
